The factory, located in Laishui Economic and Technological Development Zone, Baoding City, Hebei Province. Integrating research and development, production, and engineering construction, we specialize in the development and research of mechanical and electrical equipment status monitoring and diagnosis, as well as intelligent instruments. Our products include power instruments, intelligent sensors, online monitoring, and system control platform construction.
The factory has 28 employees, 95% of whom are technical personnel. In recent years, we have developed and produced intelligent sensing device such as power meter series, wireless temperature sensor series and local discharge sensor, etc. We have developed several sets of systems and platforms that can only be monitored and controlled online, covering basic functional modules such as temperature, vibration, environment, humidity, etc. Which are widely used in switchgear, power distribution room, steam turbine, motor, fan, air compressor, machine tool, pump, gear box and other types of static equipment management, monitoring, analysis, fault diagnosis, and set up a remote monitoring and diagnosis center. We provide also professional technical services for shipbuilding, ordnance and military industry, metallurgy, petroleum and petrochemical, coal, chemical industry, cement railway, universities, research institutes, tobacco, machinery manufacturing, wind power, thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, water supply and other industries.
The R & D team constantly carries out product iteration, upgrade development and new product development for customer needs, with more than 100 invention patents and software registration rights. Our customers are all over the world, with more than 30000 sensors in use and more than 200 system platforms in use, serving intelligent manufacturing such as "Internet plus+Industry", "Industry 4.0", "Industrial Internet", "Internet of Things", and meeting the needs of enterprise transformation and upgrading, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and staff reduction and efficiency increase.
