System overview:

This system is an online monitoring system for cement rotary kiln support wheel temperature developed by our company together with well-known domestic cement enterprises. It adopts non-contact infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement technology to collect the surface temperature of kiln support wheel shaft online in real time, transmit the signal to the receiving device next to the kiln in a wired way to realize local display, and can realize local network to view the mobile section of LAN. The temperature signal can also be transmitted to the background system or the factory DCS system for monitoring and management, and can be connected to the cloud server to realize real-time view on the mobile phone.

The device is composed of infrared temperature acquisition device, local display device and background management system.

The system can be extended to the infrared thermal imager working scheme in closed, oil, steam and other hostile environments.
