The project uses the waste heat steam generated by the chemical plant to generate electricity, which becomes the first growth pole of the company to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and also improves the stability and reliability of the company's power supply.

The project installed two waste heat generator sets, with the rated power of 50MW. These two generators are expected to generate 520 million KWH of electricity each year, which can save 260 million yuan for the company. In April 2022, the State Grid provincial Company obtained the power generation online approval document, completed the access system design, construction, unit commissioning and power generation procedures, started in May, and officially connected to the grid on November 20.

‌ Our company has completed the procurement, installation and commissioning of more than 200 sets of mechanical and electrical equipments, including waste heat boiler, steam turbine, generator, reducer, turning gear, fuel tank, oil mist exhaust fan, oil cleaner, oil cooler, lubricating oil filter, speed regulating oil filter, etc. The first test run is successful, which ensures the smooth completion of the project.
